Card Making Trends

Card making, my first love. I wanted to share a few cards with you.

Each one shares a different card making trend.

Stamping, die cuts and a little bling.

Card number one uses the Newest Tim Holtz stamp set.

I stamped using colored ink and added a few die cuts.

But I wanted to make

the stamped jar and flowers the focal point.

Very simple.

Yet, so pretty and sure to be a favorite of your card recipient

Now, on to die cuts.

You could cut your own dies, which is something I have grown to love to do.

Or you can use a die cut pack that goes with your paper collection.

I think die cuts go a long way. They can be used on any project.

And if you're using your own dies (or cut files from a digital machine)

the possibilities are endless and you can use the over and over.

And now sequins !

I love them. No, real technique here.

I just drop them and glue them in place. Easy and sparkly.
