Sweet Stamps "Western" Challnege
Hey everyone !
Happy Tuesday.
I have a "Western" themed card to share with you today.
Now, I thought that western was to be all BOY...but I have nothing BOY in my craft room.
So, I hope you like my Western meets Shabby Chic.
Be sure to stop by the BLOG HERE. The DT has done such
an outstanding job with this theme.
Be sure to link up too ;)
If you have not gone by the Sweet Stamp (super) Store you should stop in....
LOTS
of new pretties in !
Thank you for stopping by.
I love you all !
P.S. a simple pictorial on a few details to the card.
I also let you in my mind a bit to see why I do some things...
Do you guys like these extra "how to pics" ??
just pounce on the paint with a dry brush...mine needs to be cleaned...but you get the idea hehehe |
adding a little texture and gloss with the puff paint |
old piece of curtain...adds softness to the harsh lines |
torn edges...cause I was lazy lol JK I used long lines cause the focal image is Oval. |
I could not bare to color this beauty in...so I added a but or shading I love the lines on the horse. |
since I did not add any ink...I needed some brown...there is only a tiny bit of it showing...you can add more... |
flowers of course...my addiction...I love flowers so much cause they remind us that ALL things grow in season...and they are beautiful. |
I added a metal piece for some contrast in color and elements...metal adds a small mixed media seduction to anything. |
What a lovely soft looking western theme card it is! I just love your instructions too. Wow well done! Have a nice day!
