"Spring" Sweet Stamps Challenge #117

Hey everyone. I am so happy that its feeling like Spring.
 How fitting is the challenge over at Sweet Stamps ??
I decided to create a Tag. A rather big one..but that's normal for me (wink)

I kept the colors bright and fun.

    This is so pretty. I love the lacey paper behind the image and the roses. They add a really elegant touch to this lovely tag. Cute image too.
