I used Ticket Talk from Cardz Tv Stamps
I used ProMarkers to color her in
Paper is Victorian Parlor...by color boc I believe :)
I made the cupcake using a coffee filter and come card stock.
I hand cut the banner...i have a die for that but...im lazy...this was easier...
