I don't need you

I'm addicted to you, like a fiend to his drug.
I need you to live, youare the needle that i hug.

You make me so high, then you bring me down low.
Your side effects are endless, I pray they don't show.

I know that I don't need you, even though you can be good.
I need to put you down, i think i would if i could.

I can wrap my self in you, i can let you in my vein.
The things that you tell my soul, make me dance in the rain.

You make me happy, and you hurt my heart.
But i would die if we were ever apart.
